Who we are

The Texas Rose RV Park ("we," "us," or "the Park") operates an RV and mobile home community at 3337 TX-202, Beeville, TX 78102. You can reach us at (361) 470-4048 or rsvp@thetexasroservpark.com. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit a reservation inquiry, application, or contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, intended move-in date, and any message you write. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can follow up.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and confirm site availability, rates, and move-in dates.
  • To process a rental application and, if you become a resident, to administer your tenancy.
  • To contact you about your reservation, your account, or park matters that affect you.
  • To send occasional updates about availability or specials, only if you have asked us to.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who we share it with

We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host, email provider, customer records system, payment processor, or tenant screening service — and only as needed for them to perform that service. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or lawful request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect the safety of residents, staff, or property.

Forms on this website

The inquiry and application forms on this site are delivered to our office by a third-party form-to-email service (FormSubmit). When you submit a form, the details you entered pass through that service in order to reach our inbox, and are handled under their privacy terms as well as ours. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not store your submission anywhere other than our own email and records.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

This site may use basic cookies or similar technologies to remember form entries and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand which of our advertisements bring people to this site and lead to an inquiry. These services may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including your IP address and the pages you view, and may use it to show you our ads elsewhere. You can limit this through your browser settings, your Google Ads settings, and your Meta ad preferences.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry and application records only as long as we have a business or legal reason to, then dispose of them. We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing the office. If you have asked to receive availability updates and change your mind, tell us and we will stop. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; contact us and we will do our best to honor them.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our pages may link to outside websites, including embedded maps and information about local employers and attractions. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
